The Christian Klien fitness program is designed to help anyone get fit, lose or gain weight, reach their goals, and feel great. The program has a standard model, but this model is tailored to each individual as no one person has the same body, needs, or goals. I do a full evaluation of lifestyle, history, habits, goals, health, etc. and base the plan on this.

My fitness program consists of 3 main areas:

  1. Nutrition and Food Choices

Exercise is not enough to stay healthy, be fit, or lose weight. In fact, your food choices can play a larger role than exercise. I evaluate what you eat, how often you eat, portion sizes, etc. From there, we build an eating plan that can suit your lifestyle, have some of your favorite foods, and help you reach your goals. I don’t believe in the word diet – I prefer the term healthy lifestyle.

  1. Exercise and Fitness

If you join my program, you probably have a desire to get more active, more fit, or to lose or gain weight. To do this, we need to do exercises. I evaluate your fitness, history, current levels of activity, and your goals and we work on a plan of action. I also take into account any injuries or illnesses that may influence the exercise program. Based on all these things, I work out a manageable and effective program.

  1. Mindset and Motivation

You will never be able to reach any of your goals – health or otherwise – if you don’t have the right mindset. To be successful, you need to have a positive mindset and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You need to find ways to motivate yourself and you need to build a support network of people that will help you.
