It´s Hard To Stop Racing Drivers From Racing
This upcoming weekend the Formula One hits Europe for the first time. The first four races of the year have all been interesting, but in Spain the teams will have their first real chance to bring big upgrades to their cars.
The first part of the season has been dominated by the tyres. It's been said a number of times that Pirelli is doing exactly what the teams asked it to do, which was to make tyres that needed more pitstops.
With high wearing tyres it is important that drivers have a good feel for the car because they will know what is going on long before the team will. He will feel it in the car before the team sees it in the telemetry.

EREBUS RACING completes the perfect weekend, Christian Klien stars in Adelaide with a podium finish and a new overall lap record
Australian longtime GT driver Craig Baird has completed the perfect weekend for Erebus Motorsport GT taking out the second Australian GT Championship, presented by Pirelli race at the Clipsal 500 today, whilst former Formula 1 star, Christian Klien was uber-impressive setting a new lap record as he elevated himself to the podium.
Klien started the race from fifth on the grid and had to work his way past two contenders to get himself into a position to end the day on the podium. Not content with that, he set sail for Quinn - in the process smashing the overall lap record - making the new benchmark 1:20.7152.
In the stirring final stanza of the race, Klien closed down on Quinn and was setting himself for a final corner lunge, when a fuel issue cut power to his yellow and black AMG Customer Sports gullwing. He was able to hang onto third place in the race.
Erebus Motorsport GT has continued it's spectacular start to the 2013 season with the double victory over the weekend - adding the Murray Walker Trophy to the Bathurst 12 Hour victory trophy.

Christian Klien leads first ever Erebus Motorsport front row lockout
Former Formula 1 racer, Christian Klien has led Erebus Motorsport's first ever front row lockout, setting pole position from team-mate, Craig Baird for Saturday afternoon's opening one hour Australian GT Championship, presented by Pirelli race at the Clipsal 500.
Baird had dominated both practice sessions, however it was the 30-year-old Austrian that upstaged the Kiwi veteran with two minutes left remaining in the session. The Austrian - who made his first of 49 Formula 1 starts in Melbourne - set his quickest time of 1:20.6942 on his 10th lap around the 3.22km Adelaide Parklands circuit, itself holding a famous history in the pinnacle of motor racing.

Not a bit of it.
The season might be over, but that doesn’t mean the hard work for the drivers is!
We saw a fantastic end to the championship in Brazil. Congratulations to both Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull, they did a great job all year, and while their reward was the world championship we were all rewarded by the fantastic fight all year. Both Fernando Alonso and Vettel drove well, but of course there can be only one world champion.
